3. Description of Service

LocalTripFinder is a place discovery platform that helps users find local venues, restaurants, and experiences based on personalised signals and local popularity. The Service is provided free of charge to end users. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future.

4. User Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that place information will always be accurate or up to date. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any venue listed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jawelt Bay GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or for any other legitimate reason. You may delete your account at any time via the app settings or by contacting us.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
